The drinks were absolutely great, however there's one employee there that doesn't take the Starbucks enthusiasm to its limits. She wasn't wearing a name tag, plus she was actually kinda rude. But nevertheless if anyone else took my drive through order, I would have made this review 4 stars. (This has been a professional critique review from your local Mr. LeanBean!)

I always get good customer service, which is appreciated but a few drink orders have been messed up. I order on the app and pick it up at the drive thru so I didn’t go back to get it fixed. I’m sure they’d fix it but I just wish I could get what I ask for the first time. I really want to support this business since it provides our locals with work but when I’m spending $13 (and add tip money on top of that!) on two drinks that are not good, I don’t wanna go back. The economy is hard enough and when I decide to finally splurge on a treat for myself, I want something that is made right.

UPDATE :Tabby made things right and apologized for the inconvenience even though she wasn’t the one that did it and didn’t have any part in it. She sorted everything out and was kind and understanding about the situation. She is very professional and helped us out. I greatly appreciate her and her kindness.Pushy and rude baristas suggested that my mother use stars instead of paying. She repeatedly told them that we were saving up and NOT to use them. They used them anyways and laughed about it, even after she handed them money. It is Triple Star Day and I’m pretty positive I didn’t even get my 3x stars because I “redeemed”. Half of the employees are a joke.

I said Lewisburg needed a Starbucks like a fish needed a bicycle.. We went there 11am on a Weekday, the place was empty.. We ordered a egg and cheese sandwich and a egg and sausage and cheese wrap. Both were terrible.. They weren't fresh cooked and looked nothing like the picture.. The vanilla coffee was terrible.. The only good point was my black ice coffee, kinda hard to screw up.. The whole mess came to $22.36, if it wasn't for a gift card I wouldn't have been there in the first place,thank God.. We usually go to Tudors, we'll be there again.. Maybe when it goes belly up, We'll get a Dunkin Donuts ....

We have been to this Starbucks 4x this week and 2/4 times we have received the wrong size drink…in case some of the workers don’t know Tr means Trenta and Tl is a tall. I have paid for a Trenta both times and received a Tall, and didn’t have time to wait in line again to get it fixed. Please learn to read labels. The two that were done wrong were also terrible and they didn’t follow any of the directions for the drinks. When someone orders extra or less of an ingredient, it’s important to please do those things. My drink is ordered with extra coconut milk and it seldom comes out that way. There are two guys that make my drink perfectly and unless they are on cold bar, I will not order this drink again from here.Also, pink drinks that don’t get shaken properly separate and the flavor is not good. Some of the workers are amazing and friendly and the rest are not doing this store any favors by working there.
