I always get good customer service, which is appreciated but a few drink orders have been messed up. I order on the app and pick it up at the drive thru so I didn’t go back to get it fixed. I’m sure they’d fix it but I just wish I could get what I ask for the first time. UPDATE :Tabby made things right and apologized for the inconvenience even though she wasn’t the one that did it and didn’t have any part in it. She sorted everything out and was kind and understanding about the situation. She is very professional and helped us out. The drinks were absolutely great, however there's one employee there that doesn't take the Starbucks enthusiasm to its limits. She wasn't wearing a name tag, plus she was actually kinda rude.
