This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Waited forever for a table which is understandable but when you have to leave after being there for 40 mins and they haven’t even started your order is ridiculous. Poor waitress missed out on a tip.

We had our Thanksgiving at Bob Evans, and we enjoyed it very much. Our waitress was excellent and stayed super busy. Girl needs a raise.

First off we used to be regular customers here. We always get the Homestead Farmers meal w sausage gravy. We call it in then go pick it up. I always tip the max. Keep in mind 2 of these meals are $40 & then the tip brings it to close to $50. So with that said we call it in then go get it. Get all the way home & no sausage gravy. That’s no big deal people make mistakes so we call them to try to see if we can come back & grab it the server (Jennifer) acted like we were lying. She kept saying she seen it was put in the bag & was in the side of the bag. I double checked because I guess Bob Evans bags are different & have secret compartments in the sides (sarcasm). Even checked my truck to see if maybe it fell out. But still no gravy. So the server acted like she seen it was put into the bag still denying with no resolution whatsoever. So yea after paying almost $50 for a meal I’m gonna call back to get 2 free cups of gravy is how she acted. If it’s not in the bag it’s just not in there. Like we were trying to scheme the company out of 2 cups of gravy. No apologies or resolutions just accusations that it was in the bag. Ended up just hanging up. Will be the last time we eat there. Usually don’t write reviews or complain, but I am not gonna be called a liar over 2 cups of gravy😂 especially when you pay $50 for a meal then get called a liar. No ways to try to make it right or apologies, just I seen it was placed in the bag.

Usually don’t write reviews, but this experience was so bad I have to. I went in and had a 10 minute wait which didn’t seemed bad to get a seat ( the tables were dirty). There was only few other customers and I thought the wait should be that long, well little did I know I would be there for a good hour and a half waiting to get my food. When I got my food they messed it up and they forgot items and then had the audacity to try to charge me for the things I never received. If I could give this restaurant a 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time go to the Arby’s right down the road from it and if that’s not saying something than I don’t know what is.

Waited to get seated, waited to have the order taken, food had issues and my order was not correct. It wasn't busy so there was no excuse. When the staff is that screwed up it's because they're poorly trained and management is ultimately responsible. Wake up folks.

The food is horrible. Bland and no taste. My husband had the Turkey sandwich and I had a cheeseburger. The meat on both sandwiches wasn’t good, no taste and the burger was like a cheap frozen Pattie with a bad after taste to it. What have you done to the food you have changed it until it’s not good anymore. No vegetable soup and it used to be delicious. My last trip to Bob Evan’s.

While on a road trip thru WV, I passed by dozens of fast food clones. ~Hour south of Charleston, I was happy to see a Bob Evans! Turned my Harley around, & had a delicious Southwestern Avocado omelet & a refreshing fruit cup. The server may have been a little chatty, but he was very excited to learn about some of my rides, so s'all good - he was very attentive. Wish there was a Bob Evans closer to Knoxville!

There were 5 of us together. A group were seated a few minutes before us, they were served and leaving before we ever got any food. We were there over about an hour and half before we got our food. Altogether we were there over 2 hours. Food was ok, but the restaurant was dirty outside and needed attention inside. I ordered cinna biscuits never got them, waiter told me he would take them off the bill, we'll that was nice of him because I shouldn't have to pay for something that I didn't get. He did give us his discount. We had to ask for refill on drinks. I understand that the place was busy but 2 hours is along time to wait on food . My last visits yo this Bob Evans has been nothing g but bad, I probably won't be returning there for a looking time.
