Terrible, rude customer service from employee with name starting with "A". She wants to argue over toppings and orders and makes rude comments about customers in retaliation in the local fb groups who post about their experiences there where she targets those who have something negative to say about their experience and her attitude toward them. Food is okay, chili dog buns are a little gooey and cheese tastes likes plastic. Ice cream is great though

My daughter looks forward to you guys opening every year. And when it gets announced that you are opening she can hardly contain her excitement. We love going here because of the amazing service and the delicious ice cream. The staff is always so kind and understanding when it comes to the children. Thank you for helping make memories with my family.
