We used to eat here twice a month for I dont know for how long as s citizens this place has been alfull our last time we saw the girl mopping the floor in the dinning area then she used the mop to then clean the tables, told the manager. Strike 1, then food was cold on getting it strike 2 then this last time Appittizer came after our food. Said they forgot.. strike 3 your out and gone so we are nevvvvvvvvver !!!!!! going back Bob Evens it is. I cant believe it stays open know. My frist time ever complaing of a Restaurant with bad everthing....

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would! When we got there, the place was empty and it still took almost 30 minutes to get our food, which I’m sure would have been faster if the employees wasn’t standing up there arguing over the manger. My dad ordered the fish and fries which was advertised as $5.99 but when the cashier totaled it up she said $10 I mean what!? The staff is rude, and not very hygienic! I literally watched one of the workers walk around with an unlit cigarette in her hands. Another worker was picking up trash and didn’t change gloves either! I’m not trying to judge but the whole staffed looked completely stoned! I have never left a bad review, I understand everything can’t always be perfect, BUT this place is honestly awful! DO NOT EAT HERE

If I could give zero stars I would. I stopped in tonight and there was no one inside the restaurant. All the employees were out the back door smoking. The kitchen was nasty. I stood there at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for a worker to come in. No one ever showed. After seeing a rat run across the kitchen floor I decided to leave. I saw all the employees at the drive through standing around on their phones smoking and laughing.

Seemed upset that we walked in to eat as the lights were low. We was planning on lobster rolls, though they were out, and so was going to try and use coupons only to be told they do not do the coupons. We waited as two drive thru orders came and went. Finally get the food for the chicken to be maybe a couple inches long. The fish had bits of burns pieces on it. With the attitude and behavior of staff was afraid to ask why it was taking so long as well as comment on the food as we was afraid they would do something to our food. Have no plans to return to this captain d's and no plans to go to another in the near future. Only plus was the broccoli. Food also looked over cooked

Signs and website say they open at 10:30am but doors are always locked and no one will answer the drive thru intercom. If your lucky to get anyone to take your order it is never correct they will sit there and argue with you the food is either not cooked fully or burnt never fresh my honest opinion is that it should be shut down or they should have corporate bring people in who know what their doing until then I refuse to go and waste money on poor service and under/overcooked food.

Absolutely terrible service! I ordered a 10 piece family fish meal and 10 butterfly shrimp. When I got to my car I checked the bags and the shrimp was missing. I immediately walked back inside and informed the employee. I very nicely informed the lady at the counter that my shrimp was missing. The man cooking rudely said to his manager, “I gave her those shrimp”, as if I was lying about shrimp. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a lier and instead of the manager apologizing, he told the employee not to let it bother him and to “ give her 10 more shrimp and send her out the door”. After being treated this way I will never return to this establishment again.

The manager on duty, not sure of her name because her name tag was turned around. Allows the staff running the register to be rude to customers. Don’t know her name either because employee wasn’t wearing a name tag. When they messed up on customers order they were taking the plates back from customers taking the food off the plate then giving the customer the plate back then giving customer what they was originally supposed to have. Which is absurd if you ask me and I have worked in fast food for years. Then when I asked manager if it was corporate owned or a franchise she was rude and said it was corporate but privately owned. Which didn’t make any sense. Then she was upset me asking that and ignored my family when we asked for a bag to put our food in when leaving. After spending $60 dollars there I will not be visiting this location ever again. Also none of the tables had been wiped off had to clean our own table and customers that came in after my family had to ask for their tables to wiped off. My grandfather is a disabled veteran whom can barely walk and we couldn’t park in handicap parking due to someone parking there that had no handicap tag or license plate.
