Put in an order today mobile and they shorter me one mashed potato. Also wasnt ready when the pick up time was set. Had to wait 10-15 minutes longer. Food was good though.

never expect to go here and not wait 30 minutes to an hour for your food. if you go through the drive through they will pull you up then completely forget about you !! then once you go inside to get your food it’ll be cold. they claim they don’t drop fries after a certain time when it was 4 hours before closing. i have went here MULTIPLE times with the same issues. management is terrible, place needs shut down and a complete new set of employees.

Been waiting over an hour for my food and still nothing. The lady at the front counter was rude, disappeared, and never came back. No updates, no apology, no food — just awful service. This KFC seriously needs better staff and management.

I went to the logan kfc and the smell was delightful, everything smelled so nice.once I got to the register, I was greeted with a smile. I got a 3 piece meal and I swear to you the food was there before I could fill my drink. took it and sit down to a very clean table, the meal was very good. Even though I'm from out of town I will be back.

The service is horrible waited 15 minutes at counter lady kept saying be with you in a minute and then walk back to the back. Then come back and say the same thing. Finally just left after being told be with you in a minute several times.

Very very poor service. I placed order through the drive through and was asked to pull forward behind the previous order that was placed and it would be brought out. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting. I finally had to pull into the parking area and walked inside to the counter which no one was present. The young lady at the drive through window was sitting there eating and had at least 4 order receipts laying in front of her. She spoke to someone in the back that I had been waiting for 30 minutes . My order hadn’t even been put together at that time and I waited another 10 minutes at the counter until it was put together and finally handed to me without so much as an apology or explanation as to why. Until service improves, I will no longer spend my time or money ordering from the establishment.

I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews and I only do so if there’s a consistent issue for a long period of time. I’ll start by saying, I work within walking distance of this KFC, so I order food fairly often to take home for dinner. I almost always order online because they offer coupons and online deals that you can’t get otherwise. It doesn’t matter how long I wait before going in my order is never ready. They don’t even look at the online orders until you’re there to pick it up! Then, after ordering 45 minutes in advance they tell me they’re out of the chicken I ordered and it will be about 40 minutes to make more. (This has happened MULTIPLE times.) If they would look at online orders when they are placed then they would have adequate time to prepare more food, if needed. Because I’ve already paid (when I submitted the order online) I have no choice but to wait another 40+ minutes for them to prepare the food I ordered 45 minutes prior. If I ask for a refund they say they don’t know how to refund online orders and ask if I’d rather pick it up the next day. If I wanted it the next day I wouldn’t have ordered it today! This has been an ongoing issue since they started taking online orders. They have had years to fix the issue, but nothing has changed.
As far as the food goes, it tastes great, when and if you actually get it.

Horrible service, order on the app and never ready. Rude staff, dirty dining room. Always says " wait time on chicken" isn't this a chicken place? Whoever owns this store needs to visit it more often to see the poor service that's received. This is unacceptable service. The staff on phone, no one at counter, staff arguing in back
