I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews and I only do so if there’s a consistent issue for a long period of time. I’ll start by saying, I work within walking distance of this KFC, so I order food fairly often to take home for dinner. I almost always order online because they offer coupons and online deals that you can’t get otherwise. It doesn’t matter how long I wait before going in my order is never ready. They don’t even look at the online orders until you’re there to pick it up! Then, after ordering 45 minutes in advance they tell me they’re out of the chicken I ordered and it will be about 40 minutes to make more. (This has happened MULTIPLE times.) If they would look at online orders when they are placed then they would have adequate time to prepare more food, if needed. Because I’ve already paid (when I submitted the order online) I have no choice but to wait another 40+ minutes for them to prepare the food I ordered 45 minutes prior. If I ask for a refund they say they don’t know how to refund online orders and ask if I’d rather pick it up the next day. If I wanted it the next day I wouldn’t have ordered it today! This has been an ongoing issue since they started taking online orders. They have had years to fix the issue, but nothing has changed. As far as the food goes, it tastes great, when and if you actually get it.

I'm not sure if there's a problem here with management, but coordination amongst staff isn't here. Always a long wait time... Such a legendary name to be getting a 2 star rating.

Probably the slowest kfc I’ve been too, I went there with my toddler and they told us to park and wait for our food it took 30 minutes for them to give us our order. Try entertaining a hungry toddler for that long, save yourselves some time and don’t go here.

Service at this spot is -1000 y’all need to hire new management. Every time we order on the app and drive through to pick up they tell us to come inside. We come inside and are ignored for 10mins before someone decides to speak to us. Then wait another 10-25 for food. Horrible customer service, and there’s always 3-4 people working at least!

This is suppose to be a chicken place but they never have chicken and you make a order online and they say they didn’t get it the manager there is rude and she says she has no boss but that’s not true everyone has a boss unless they own the place I will never come back to this place again

I did a order online and it said it was done on the app but when I went to pick it up it wasn't ready and then I had to wait a extra 30 minutes for my food and then they tried to give me someone's else's order

We stood at front counter for a bit, a girl had one car in drive thru, looks at us at least 3times. Never says anything. Her customer in dt leaves, she looks dead at us and walks to the back. Kudos on your great customer service!!! Of course we left. I mean I prob could've waited on us and nothing would've been said. Do better ppl.

We stood at front counter for a bit, a girl had one car in drive thru, looks at us at least 3times. Never says anything. Her customer in dt leaves, she looks dead at us and walks to the back. Kudos on your great customer service!!! Of course we left. I mean I prob could've waited on us and nothing would've been said. Do better ppl.
