This was my first visit to the Colonial Room Restaurant. We got there about 8;45 am and wondered if it was open because it looked dark inside, but it was. The place was devoid of customers, except for one other couple, the whole time we were there.The atmosphere was peaceful. The decor reminded me of Cracker Barrel and was interesting to look at. It's was good for what you pay for. But worked for us because we didn't see the point in spending a lot of money for a Inn or Hotel when we wasn't going to be there. We just needed a place to shower after riding and be close to food and the trailheads.
