We have had numerous meals here while in Marlinton. Everything is always fresh, most seems to be homemade, and staff is great! The baked steak and pizza are amazing and biscuits are amazing!
I've visited this restaurant several times over the past 15 years. It's definitely changed alot over those years. The food is good but not as it used to be. I think it's changed hands and that's why but not sure. Today, 9-29-24, we visited and ate here. I had the meatloaf with a baked potato and side salad with coffee. We ate both dinner and breakfast here during our two day stay. The service was wonderful and the food was great! The brisket nachos were delicious, the Alfredo was wonderful and each meal that our party of 6 had was great! The deck dining is simply awesome - especially first thing in the morning! At breakfast there was a really adorable kitty that greeted us shortly, which was a sweet addition to our delicious meal. The kitty didn’t stick around, and the waitress checked in...
