We love Rayetta's. It's a great business model. They serve one basic menu item each day and are only open for the midday hours. She bakes, caters and keeps the Lunchbox open to serve the community. Always with a smile and always surrounded by precious, sweet family. My favorite meal is her grilled meatloaf sandwiches. If you aren't into the meal of the day, she does always have hot dogs and maybe chips and nacho cheese. It's comfort food and a comfortable atmosphere where locals gather and community grows.
