Horrible place. Waited over and hour for its first breakfast.Never dud come. Virtually zero interaction with staff. Finally just left.Worst I have ever seen.Don't bother with this place.

Stopped in after going to Beartown State Park, we were the only customers the first 20 minutes we were there. Server was very friendly and timely. Burgers were delicious and the atmosphere was super cute. Only complaint is the girls working lacked basic bar knowledge and bar is not fully stocked for cocktails. We would return to try other items another time!
Wheelchair accessibility: Might be difficult, we struggled to get our baby’s stroller through the front door.

The pork sandwich special with sweet peppers was the best sandwich I have had in a few years. Had a great time visiting this place. I was apart of the paint crew and was the first time seeing it finished and will be back and will tell others how great this place is!!

This past Saturday we checked on Google and said that they were open at 11am. We drove an hour to have lunch and when we got there a note on the door said closed for lunch and would be opening at 4pm. If you are going to close please post your change of hours Ate there before and the food was good

The service was good, but everything else went downhill from there. I had the Big Dick’s burger. They don’t ask you how you want it cooked so it came out well done. Hottest temped burger I’ve ever had. It’s a good bun. The mushrooms and cheese are fine. I didn’t care for the garlic aioli and the burger wasn’t very flavorful. The fries taste off. Maybe something wrong with the oil (not a good frying oil, old/not clean, or maybe it was just too hot), and they’re overcooked and under seasoned. My wife had the meatballs. They were supposed to be cheese filled but we didn’t notice any cheese inside. The meatball itself was pretty basic and not flavorful. The marinara tasted homemade but again was under seasoned. The grilled garlic bread was good though. I wouldn’t have even left a review. The meal wasn’t noteworthy but it was unoffensive. However, I ordered a carrot cake to go and just tried it. The cake itself was incredibly salty. I can’t imagine they confused the salt and sugar, but something went very wrong there. Worst dessert I have ever had.

In charming Hillsboro West Virginia you will find a wonderful and unique restaurant called the PUB. Set in the bealutiful hills of this small town is a food lover's surprise. The owner transformed an old former General Store into a foodie haven. The food is outstanding created by a chef of renoun and the ambiance is creative with local art adorning the white shelves of the old store. Foodies I know well rave about the Pub's offerings as I do. Check it out!
Parking: Many parking spots
Kid-friendliness: Many folks who stay at the local and one of the best state parks in WV, Watoga, eat at the Pub. I've seen kids of all ages sampling the fare there.
Absolutely loved the experience we had here today! The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. The service (Tammy was our server.) was outstanding. The food was delicious… I had a burger with sweet potato fries, which were the best sweet potato fries I’ve EVER had. My sister had some coffee she loved and a wonderful piece of blueberry cheesecake. I can’t wait to visit again!
Oh, and y’all need to bottle that honey mustard!!!!

My better half and I order take out from here about every weekend for our family of 4! The 2 of us finally went and had a dine in date Father’s Day weekend! Everything was great, the food, the drinks, the service and the music!
