Why can't the drive-through get an order correct? I ordered and paid for a whopper, was given a whopper junior. Unfortunately I didn't check my order before I was back in traffic, so that's on me, but I won't be back to this location. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect here, but it will be the last.

Came in and got food. It was really good but the woman behind the counter was terrifying and rude. She kept cursing at customers and employees both, she kept yelling. She refused to take the people behind mes orders and made them use the Touch screen. Then she threw my Dad's food on the ground violently.

Tried the online ordering hoping I would get a order the way I wanted it. DeMonte the employee at the window gave me great service and triple checked that I got everything I ordered.
Ordered food thru doordash and did not receive an item and the item I did receive was not made correctly. Luckily I am not allergic to the items that were put on my sandwich. I also noticed my sandwich was ordered correctly but the no lettuce and no mayo was in such a small print it was overlooked. Maybe having some expedite the DD orders will help gets orders out correctly. I wouldn't have had an issue with the Inwood burger king was open

Food was fine and quick. Wasn’t really busy. Not welcomed in when I first arrived and no “have a good day” or anything of the sort as I left. A bunch of employees just standing around talking and on their phones. The one thing that bothered me was an employee who was just sitting on the front counter with his back turned the majority of the time. Had his butt up on the counter where customers Togo food was. Not very appealing at all. Store was clean bathroom needed to be attended to
