The best food in all Martinsburg, and an exceptional value. The place is clean, and I always feel good about using their restrooms. You can't go wrong with their Pho Bar, Sushi Bar or any of their many deliciously cooked entree's I lived in the area for the last 20 years and if there was a better place to spend my money at I would tell you.
Enjoyed the food and decent price. The pork belly was great.
