The food is pretty good, the servers are nice, but I will not be returning again after today. Myself, my infant, and my mom were seated at a table right next to the bar and they decided to do some installations with a loud drill behind the bar. At first we were confused why they would do that right at lunchtime and figured it was a quick job, but after having to pause our sentences to hear each other for a while, my mom asked our server could he do that another time we can't even hear each other lol. Seems like a reasonable request from a customer...I'm not sure what this man's title is at the restaurant but the way he yelled at our server when she said something to him and how he made it blatantly obvious he was angry walking by us huffing and puffing and having multiple employees rushing us out and give us the check while still eating...I hope he's not a manager he was extremely rude to both customers and staff

I called Fiesta Tapatia in Spring Mills about an incorrect DoorDash order. Jose the manager who would not provide his last name was very rude and said it was my fault and to contact DoorDash. Fiesta Tapatia is still responsible for correcting this issue so it does not happen to anyone else. They do not care about their customers at all. I have reached out on Facebook and have not been replied to. To sum this up this restaurant doesn’t even know how to treat customers and I’m shocked they have not been shut down yet.

Hair in our food, food was dry and over cooked, and the service was GARBAGE. Staff was super and extremely rude when we said there was hair in our food. And then the whole staff was giving us dirty looks. Will NEVER eat here again or recommend to anyone.

Order wasn't ready, waited additional 20min. On line menu items not available. Ordered a kaula coffee 6.99 gave me a black coffee refunded me $3. So they charged me $4 for a 16oz. Coffee. Food was cold and prepared incorrectly.
I really like Fiesta, they have some really good Mexican style food. Great quesadillas and salads for sure. Service is good and restaurant is clean

I got the “Special Dinner” and it was horrid. Everything was obviously old or just microwaved. For it being as disgusting as it was I’m surprised we waited as long as we did. The waitress wasn’t very great either, didn’t seem to really care much at all. Avoid this place at all costs, I would’ve rather eaten at the Sheetz next door.
