I tend to DoorDash a lot when I’m at my office and don’t always have utensils on hand. Almost every restaurant I order from never gives me utensils, napkins, condiments, or they skimp on the portions. Kitzie’s has been great every single time! Food has been fantastic, they give you more than enough supplies to actually eat with and they don’t lower their portion sizes. Very impressed!

Good stop while traveling on 81! We had the flatbed reuben. Delich! Fries were excellent, hot & crispy!
Loved it
Nice local place with good seafood. Crab ages are worth mentioning, a few times I ordered them and were not very hot
Large portions, good food ,great French fries.
Excellent service and exquisite food.👌
Food was good, not great. Prices were a little high.
Worst cream of crab soup I’ve ever had. Soup was lukewarm and extremely salty

Food was fantastic! Steamed shrimp was the best ever. Will definitely go back and definitely recommend going to this restaurant.

Good morning. My wife and I visited the Spring Mills location yesterday.
The food was actually very good and the service was excellent. The cocktails were well made and the menu had a good variety of options. Overall we enjoyed our visit.
One small detail stood out, though, and it’s really about attention to presentation. I noticed the restaurant uses nice quality paper napkins, which was a pleasant touch, but the silverware didn’t match the overall quality of the dining experience.
Considering the menu prices ($18–$35 per entrée) and the quality of the food and service, I expected sturdier and better-maintained utensils. The fork at my table was extremely thin, scratched up, and looked worn to the point that I couldn’t tell if it was clean or just heavily marked. It simply didn’t match the otherwise good experience.
This is a minor detail, but small things like that can affect the overall impression of an otherwise very good restaurant. With the quality of food and service you’re offering, upgrading the silverware would help the dining experience feel more consistent with the rest of the presentation
Best Regards,
Tom Shaffer

Very tasty, nice atmosphere. It is darker but it’s creates a nice mood. Love that they still had kids menus so the kids could celebrate Mimi’s birthday dinner with us at a fancy restaurant.
