This location has the sweetest people. The crew is always happy and so very professional and helpful. Their store is clean and well kept both inside and out. Their food is absolutely to die for amazing. It was hot and fresh and so delicious. My sister-in-law and I have traveled through Martinsburg three times in the last year and each time we have stopped here to eat because we have enjoyed it so immensely. I cannot say enough how much we needed a break from the long travel that we were on and this location gave us the break we needed. We look forward to coming back again when we come through. Went to drive thru waited over 15 minutes, went inside had to argue with multiple people to get a refund… stay away this place is horrible

Every time I come to this, there’s an issue. I haven’t eaten there and God only knows how long due to the problem then I’ve decided to order it. I ordered it a whole 45 minutes before they close. I get there about 10 minutes before they close to pick it up. They have the nerve to tell me we don’t have your food. We’ve been out of food for a little while, and we didn’t feel like cooking anymore because we were about to close.
