While I was gathering my coupon deal, the patience and care Zendah or zeydah can really make the spelling but she took care of my order and me with lots of patience and normally you don’t see that type of care in a drive thru. Everyone in this store is very friendly. I left the store with a smile and beyond happy. It’s the little things that make customers service such a rewarding feeling. I love Popeyes, but yall need to fix the gift card system. The swipe reader never works, and the workers dont even know how to fix it. They cant type in codes manually either. So now I have $20 in Popeyes that is completely unusable

I pulled up at 10:15 and they said they make a certain amount of sandwiches a day so they’re not making any more. Offered me all the food that’s been sitting around that no one else wanted. Should just close if their not making food…

Great food; fresh and hot. Rude staff.
Told me to pull over to a parking spot and they would bring my food out to me because someone was ahead of me parked at the curb waiting for theirs. Staff worker comes out, waves my bag of food then gets snippy with me because I didn’t drive my car up perpendicular to the cars in line. It was a fifteen foot walk to my car and I’d gotten out to try to meet her halfway. Next time I’ll just go to the one Charles Town. They are kind to people.

I had a great experience here it was a normal experience where i was annoyed with hafting to pay for sauce and gift cards not working but was absolutely stunned today when a employee didint catch her name paid for mine and my friends meal such a great experience to what would've been normal
