Food was decent to good, portions were definitely on the small side. I'd rather pay a bit more and have a more substantial dish as both of us were still hungry after an appetizer and main course. Menu options were solid but basic. I'd like to see more creative and flavorful dishes. This restaurant charges about 4% fee if you use a card, but does not have automatic gratuity at least.
Cozy downtown restaurant in Martinsburg. The waitress was prompt and friendly and the bartender too. The steak and shrimp dish was excellent. They had some decent prices for cocktails but they were not my favorite. We would revisit.
