Thanksgiving, pre-made menu, still took forever to get served. Food is pedestrian. Nothing wrong really, BE is just not that good anymore.

my wife and I came in and ordered food..she SPECIFICALLY said no onions of any kind on her food or in her food: food comes and what do you know...ONIONS.. ON TOP AND IN her food ..told the waitress and she took her plate, went around the corner and picked the onions off the top. brought it back to the table. wife begins to pick thru her food and there were onions mixed in the dish! ive worked in kitchens all my life and ive never done this to anyone...what if my wife had a food allergy!? the waitress took the plate back and returned to tell us that the onions come as a premix of veggies. thats fine, but why didnt u suggest something else when my wife asked for no onions? just very unprofessional...i sat and ate my food while we waited on her food...wasnt charged for the first plate but didnt receive a discount or anything for her mess up since we had to basically eat separately...not a good visit at all! wife says she wont return, so you lost 2 customers instead of one...#dobetter#

I wanted the same bobevans sausage links as I buy at the grocery store. I don't know what they are serving but it's not the same as it used to be. I'll not order imitation sausage links. WHY!

Called to place a pick up order - when I asked for the pot roast sandwich I was told they don’t sell that I was thinking of Tudor biscuit world down the world I then explained it’s on the menu and I’ve ordered it many times. She put me on hold has someone get on the line and tell again they don’t sell that and argued with me even though ITS ON THE MENU AND I WAS ABLE TO ORDER IT ONLINE FOR PICKUP. That was so dumb it hurts !!

certainly would not recommend the one in Mason WV. TWO of my drinks had brown spots inside the cup that could be scratched off with a straw. and my spoon was dirty. staff was rude and dismissive

Doesn't sell steak but sell a tiny serving of steak tips for the same damn price
I did curb side service and I gave the waitress my money and she went in to get my change and she totally forgot about us. We waited 15 mins in the parking lot and finally went in to get the change and she said she forgot about us. How can u forget to bring the change out to someone when ur soul purpose was to go in and get it.

Waitress was very nice and attentive she was new and done a good job, they might of been short staffed that evening when we were there but it did take a long time wait for our food.
