“Everyone was working hard and doing their best, but the restaurant was very busy. There was a long line inside to order and the kiosks were down. The drive through was also long. But the order was accurate and fresh and all employees had a good attitude. The manager was actively encouraging his team, delegating, and communicating priorities.”
