Am I ever glad I stopped at Smooth Ambler. Great whiskies, great service, and a free tasting. The only question was what to buy, because the various bottles had clearly distinctive flavor profiles, and none fell short of a top rank. Their offerings include blends (solely of whiskies from elsewhere or of a mix with their own, as well as their own product, which was what I chose. Yeah, I like going to Kentucky, too, but if you look good whiskey, don't pass over Greenbrier,...
What an incredible experience! The tour was so much fun as well as the tasting. Got to meet the founder, such a nice guy. Our tour guide was knowledgeable about their brand and the industry as a whole. We learned a lot and laughed a lot. Something you can keep coming back to do.
I love their entire line but Contradiction was the original I tried from SA. It is my go to regular bottle and I have introduced it to several of my friends who also love it. Get some. You won’t be sorry.
