We have stopped here a few times and every time is a ____ show. We order, pull up and pay at first window, second window the employee starts to hand us a bag which doesn't look right. We say that's probably not ours, then she *very rudely* says did you pay for the right food? Uhhhh, what? I say yes and she says, again very rudely, I was just asking. Then tells us to pull around because it's going to be a few minutes. Fine. We wait behind another car who gets delivered presumably the wrong meal because they pop out and go in for a bit then back out with food bag. After 12 minutes they bring our food and say is this what you had? Sheesh. It was a lot. I wouldn't normally give anything other than a 5 star review for fast food because my expectations are typically met, but this was too crap of an experience. Will not stop at this one again

went to get a plain cheeseburger plain, with just cheese girl at window with long black hair in pony tail was rude and gave me wrong order with everything on it,, it shouldn’t be that hard to just be cheese on a burger and nothing else

I don’t usually leave reviews like this but we go to this location very often and have had issues almost every single time. Items being missing from orders, especially mobile orders, employees having a very rude and uncaring attitude, and especially wait times. Today I also received a cheeseburger where the top bun was rock hard and entirely inedible. There have been multiple times where I pull into the drive through and watch the entire other lane be severed without anyone even saying hello or “we’ll be with you soon” to me. Multiple times I’ve also been told to pull into a parking spot and wait for upwards of 10-15 minutes for a single item. Also have ordered curbside pickup and waited a similar amount of time. Location overall needs a big change

They always up charge even after you tell them no I want what’s on menus at the price it shows and the price is never the same ask for mgr they are buisy ask what taxes they charge no one knows what a bad place I use to eat there often but now 3 days in a roll for breakfast they treated me the same I live in area and I will never go back or my wife shame on Milton McDonald

For the past 2 days the girl at the 1st window is rude (I miss the lady that is normally there) and all I've ordered is a medium iced caramel coffee. Yesterday's was drinkable but TODAYS is awful! Literally gave me milk with caramel in the bottom of the cup🤬 if I wanted just milk, I would have asked for just milk. I hate leaving a negative review, but I had to pay for something I didnt order.

Extremely disorganized. 4 cars parked on side spaces waiting on fries at 12:45pm on weekday. You got to do better than that.
