Parking: Parking lot had a great amount of lights so I had no fear of getting out of the car and walking only feet away to entryway.”

“My family stopped here and bought 4 plain double cheeseburger burgers, a double bacon classic, 3 frosties, 2 orders of fries, a cup of chili, and a son of baconator. All for 35 dollars. “2000 7.3 6speed 2wd truck has all new breaks 6 newish tires new injectors 2 new batteries 9 position switch tuner solid frame some cab corner rust an faded paint truck fires right up but will need trans work wanting to stick in gear kinda binds in an out of gear at times but not all the time able to drive on trailer but not on road yet till it’s looked at roughly 275k on truck motor was replaced around 180k miles tho Ik the last 15 years of the truck it would make a good farm truck we just don’t need it anymore looking to trade for 60in deck mowers atvs dirt bikes cars bangs nice pool table anything cool or trades with cash title in hand!”

“We went through the Milton McDonalds drive thru this evening to get the boys food ...and as we waited we were discussing bills. When got to the window to pay, the cashier gave us back my debit card with a note on a strip of paper that said "everything will be ok 🙂". It's the little things ya'll. You can spread love, positivity, and kindness in the most simple ways. It doesn't take much effort to be this thoughtful. God shows up in the most unexpected places and He lives through all of us. “This was our first visit, and after spending 32 years in Arizona, finding a Mexican restaurant that actually tastes like the food we love has been a real challenge since moving back. However, this place is by far the BEST we’ve found! The flavors were on point and took us right back home. The only disappointment was the tortillas — the menu mentions “homemade,” but we were served Mission tortillas instead. Fresh, homemade tortillas would’ve really elevated the meal. That said, everything else was absolutely delicious, and we’ll definitely be back! 🌮🔥”

“I apologize for the very late review, but after having a less than stellar restaurant experience this evening, I wanted to go back and write this review. It's probably been close to a month, if not longer, since we last ate here. Food has always been great, service has always been great, wait times are more than fair and reasonable. This particular evening, more than likely a Saturday, it was busy but we were immediately seated. Our waitress Brooklyn (if that's incorrect I seriously apologize, but I believe that was her name) was awesome in every way, not one single complaint about her. If anything, I wanted to make sure she gets her props for how great she was. We ordered our food, waited, and maaaybe had to wait between a half hour and forty five minutes for our food? Something like that? Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary, especially on a busy day. Totally get it. Brooklyn must've sensed that it had been a little longer than usual, so she immediately went out of her way to check on our food twice and made sure it came out. The food came out, she apologized for the wait (which she didn't even have to, again it wasn't even much of an extended wait time), and the food was delicious. Which brings me to the point of this review. If it had stopped there, we would have been more than satisfied, but it didn't. Brooklyn not only did all of that but also proactively went and got her manager to come speak with us. We weren't disgruntled, we didn't ask for that nor expect that, but she took it upon herself to make sure we were satisfied. And I'm sorry for forgetting the manager's name, but he too was as friendly and helpful as could be. Not only did he come speak with us and apologize for the wait, but he gave us an option for a free dessert. Which I will emphatically state that 1.) we were NOT trying to get that, nor were we even anticipating that, and 2.) he absolutely did NOT have to do. Brooklyn and this manager showed true signs of professionalism and did what they could to make sure we were coming back to the restaurant in the future, instead of waiting to correct a mishap and then apologize later. I could not be happier with this interaction, and I would recommend this restaurant every time. In a world where mistakes happen all the time but people have zero patience, courtesy, or understanding of how businesses and customer service in particular operate (and yes, I've worked in several customer service jobs), two people in particular stepped up and showed that they know what they are doing and that they have knowledge and skill in their profession. Sorry for the long winded review, but I feel very deeply about how these interactions should be handled, especially after not receiving that at another different restaurant this evening. Keep up the good work.”

“This Arby’s might just be the best kept secret in Cabell County. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year, and whoever hired Josh for the drive-thru deserves a raise immediately. Seriously… why is this man not a radio DJ or narrating audiobooks somewhere? That voice alone could lower my blood pressure.

Every single time I come through, Josh is smiling, polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to help with anything I ask for. He somehow manages to make me laugh every visit too, which is rare these days in customer service. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and honestly, that kind of effort stands out more than ever now.

And as a fellow dog lover, I have to mention how sweet he was with my dog, Ezra. He made him a pup cup, and my little guy inhaled it in about three seconds flat. It absolutely made our day.

I truly can’t say enough good things about him. If this location has an Employee of the Month award, it should already have Josh’s name permanently engraved on it. His customer service is miles above any other restaurant I visit around here. My order is always correct, he notices the little things, wipes off cups, asks if I need extra sauces or a cup holder, and goes the extra mile without ever making it feel forced.

Honestly, there are two reasons I keep coming back: to see what outfit Josh is wearing that day and because he gives genuinely first-class service every single time.

If he’s not already in management, Arby’s needs to fix that ASAP.
