“Possibly my new favorite place for breakfast! HUGE selection was mind boggling. But our food was amazing! Husband chose a basic egg/sausage/toast. I got the BLT on sourdough bread and a pecan pancake. My son had gravy and biscuits. There is usually a long line waiting to get in. Very cute eclectic decor. Friendly staff”

“This Arby’s might just be the best kept secret in Cabell County. I’ve been coming here regularly for the past year, and whoever hired Josh for the drive-thru deserves a raise immediately. Seriously… why is this man not a radio DJ or narrating audiobooks somewhere? That voice alone could lower my blood pressure.

Every single time I come through, Josh is smiling, polite, friendly, and genuinely happy to help with anything I ask for. He somehow manages to make me laugh every visit too, which is rare these days in customer service. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and honestly, that kind of effort stands out more than ever now.

And as a fellow dog lover, I have to mention how sweet he was with my dog, Ezra. He made him a pup cup, and my little guy inhaled it in about three seconds flat. It absolutely made our day.

I truly can’t say enough good things about him. If this location has an Employee of the Month award, it should already have Josh’s name permanently engraved on it. His customer service is miles above any other restaurant I visit around here. My order is always correct, he notices the little things, wipes off cups, asks if I need extra sauces or a cup holder, and goes the extra mile without ever making it feel forced.

Honestly, there are two reasons I keep coming back: to see what outfit Josh is wearing that day and because he gives genuinely first-class service every single time.

If he’s not already in management, Arby’s needs to fix that ASAP.

“This was our first visit, and after spending 32 years in Arizona, finding a Mexican restaurant that actually tastes like the food we love has been a real challenge since moving back. However, this place is by far the BEST we’ve found! The flavors were on point and took us right back home. The only disappointment was the tortillas — the menu mentions “homemade,” but we were served Mission tortillas instead. Fresh, homemade tortillas would’ve really elevated the meal. “It’s kind of cheap and tacky to charge a customer because they used a credit card change all of $3.51 on $87 bill. I had a big south burger and he fried apples and Gouda Mac and cheese. The pork and the big south burger didn’t taste right no matter how much barbecue sauce I put on it. The fried apples need more sugar with the cinnamon. My wife had the banging out Burger garlic fries. She thought fries were too garlicky. overall experience was 85 out of 100.”

“5* atmosphere, 5* food, and 5* service, even after closing time! We have never had a bad dish or experience at Bruno’s. Unfortunately, I am developing allergies to food as an adult randomly and when I least expect it. It’s not even related foods, so sometimes it’s a mystery until I scrutinize labels, etc. My latest new allergy hit me right after I ate at Bruno’s. 100% not their fault- just my body being itself! I called right at closing to ask for an ingredient list, expecting it to be sent the next day. Jami so very kindly sent it within 15 minutes to help me figure out my latest food trigger. A+ class acts all around. Highly recommend!!!”

I have a lot of stomach issues and there has been so many times that Pulp has come in clutch for me not being able to tolerate solid foods to have something nutritious in my stomach. My favorite smoothie is the Blue Spirulina Smoothie. I highly recommend it. The Ginger shots are also amazing. 1000000 times better than Smoothie King.”

“Took my daughter out for her 16th birthday. The restaurant we were planning, was closedclosed so I googled seafood in the area. We found the best place, the food was Phenomenal! All fresh and so delicious. I got the honey crusted walleye, with candied sweet potatoes, and green beans. My daughter got the clam chowder, crab cakes and rice. They had other options there as well besides seafood. I gotta give compliments to the chef! 5 star food for sure! This has to be my favorite restaurant after today.
