“The owner is frustrated as you have the hours wrong and they can’t change them. They do not know where you get your information but they are open 7 days a week. Thanks”
“We stumbled across this gem after staying at the Holiday Inn next door. The batista had wonderful option ideas and I settled for a lavender matcha. The setting pulls you in to seek out every corner with the interesting wares they sell. I couldn't help but pick out a beautiful pair of locally handcrafted silver earrings! We will make this stop again next time we are through!”
“Fried pickles and peppers are a must try! as someone in the restaurant industry the staff and time of food delivery were great. Prices were very reasonable for portion sizes!”
“Stopped in to buy dessert to take to a dinner party. Got pecan & apple crumb pies, carrot cake, baklava, & peep brownies. Our hosts raved about how pretty everything was & all agreed they were delicious. Super nice people too. Win, win, win!”
“This place has the nicest servers. They are always upbeat. My favorite food here is the fries. You cannot find fries that taste so good anywhere. I asked how the fries always have the perfect taste, they told me the fryers are cleaned daily! Most fast foods clean them weekly or bi-weekly. They are not over salted and these crinkle cut beauties are always perfect golden brown! Also the homade chips are something amazing!Vegetarian options: They are a good selectionDietary restrictions: They have customizable salads. This is great as I have many dietary restricts. They never grumble about my "weird" orders. They are always kind!Parking: Plenty of parking!!Kid-friendliness: Great kids dishes, even for the pickiest of eaters. The milk shake list is never ending as well!”
“Huge fan! I am from Athens, Alabama was in town visiting family. Went in on a Thursday night, beautiful place, awesome staff, and the pizza was perfection. The Nutella turn-over was a work of art! I can't wait to visit family again soon, so I can get more pizza!”
“Awesome business and people. Food is amazing. Ordered for a family get together for 16 people. Was hot and ready and on time. They carried it to our car for us! Made for a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this veteran owned company for all of your BBQ catering, lunch, or dinner needs.”
“Great food! Doesn't disappoint. Sometimes the wait is a little long if the kitchen is busy but it is worth it. Definitely has a spot on our "go to" ”
“My dad brought me here as I’ve never been. Car service only. Ordered 6 pack of hot dogs with chili slaw. It was good. I feel like all of these places are starting to taste the same. Not one of them yet has stood out from other hot dog joints around WV. The search will continue. Also ordered crinkle cut fries. Seemed to be slightly undercooked but slightly browned so I think the fryer just needed adjustment. They do have some really good Root Beer though and the tiny good ice. I feel like they should have a board or something with their menu in the window or something.”
“Salsa is NOT like what many Mexican restaurants are doing out of greed which is more like water-downed ketchup with pepper flakes. Mi Pueblo uses REAL tomatoes. The cheese is also real and will thicken if not consumed after a while. Again with the new "greed movement" I'm seeing so-called-cheese sauces in some Mexican restaurants, that seems to be either mixed heavily with water or milk and could sit all day without thickening back to its original cheesey state and stays very runny. The soup was delicious and plenty of chicken. I had to take the rest home. My friend had a shrimp quesadilla. I had one of the shrimp and it was fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere seems to be a remodeled chain restaurant from some earlier decade but clean...clean menus and you won't be scared to touch the salt and pepper shakers.Parking: Plenty of parking in their lot.”
“The food came out unexpectedly fast. It was very good. We were here from B.G., KY.I got the filet mignon, baked potatos and wild rice. The filet was melt in your mouth, and the potato was very good.”
“Awesome food and decently priced. (2 meals, 2 waters, and a specialty coffee was $25) The Omelet was my favorite thing I tried. “The Works” coffee was awesome too. First time of many, we will be back.”
“We stopped in here on our 8 hour trip to WV. We really wanted a great burger and this place didn't disappoint. Their wings are the best I've ever had. Will be stopping in more often on our future trips.”
“Grew up eating this place. Like a fine cuisine every time I go, and the atmosphere is great it feels like an old pizza restaurant from the 90's with the arcades and pinball machines.”
“We love this place! The food is always delicious and they give you a giant bowl of it. We always have leftovers. I love Wok’d and have never had a bad experience there. I would recommend it to everyone”
“I have eating Jersey Mikes for many years. Was excited to find it locally several years ago.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and their gluten free bread is fantastic!!”
“This was our first time at a Tudor's and we were excited to be there. The ladies at the counter were friendly and answered all of our questions. We ordered (two Super Breakfast platters and one Big Tator meal) and didn't have to wait long for our very delicious food to come to the table. We were not disappointed!”
“Every time I go to Rio Grande #9 it is probably the best Mexican Food I’ve even have! I recommend this restaurant!!Kid-friendliness: I am a kid and they are great and respectful!”
“I had a meeting at this Starbucks. The staff was so friendly and fun. They were wonderful with all their customers and everyone was happy. Wonderful atmosphere. Although I didn’t order anything this day I’m sure the drinks were amazing by all the happy customers!”
“Very busy spot but worth the wait. The male owner walked around and shot the bull with you. The female owner was a bit more testy. Fun to sit back and watch the good cop/bad cop routine. The coffee was great. The food was good.”
“Great baked goods. The Reverse Reese's cupcake and Pecan Pie bars were WONDERFUL!! So were the Cookie Cake and doughnuts. The entrance is across from Valley Park. Recent address renumbering has caused an issue with where The Bakerie shows up on the map.”
“Great food. Large portions, so go with an appetite. And remember, it's Hurricane, so someone might want to fight you on the way out. Lol. ( I had the misfortune of apparently looking at a young lady the wrong way as I was leaving. Her female caretaker quickly advised me that we could go outside and handle it.) I just think she was on drugs. Life. It happens. ?Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was very sweet to my six-year-old son.”
“Parking: Front door parkingKid-friendliness: Booths to eat at or wait for your pick up order... With crayons markers and pictures to add to the local art wall they display from anyone willing to contribute. Fun for me and my guest as we waited.”
“I am a regular at Shonets. They make some of the best food and desserts I've ever eaten. Almost like momma used to make. From the owners down to the dishwashers. There all polite and friendly. And my waitress Marie Baker is absolutely wonderful. Always looking out for us. Quick with drinks and always wearing a smile.”
“Friendly staff, amazingly quick and accurate phone in for take out! Good pricing, but don't trust Internet prices because they aren't updated. Great food!”
“The food was absolutely delicious! The prices are very fair considering the amount of food you receive. Our order was prepared quickly and arrived hot and delicious. The interactions with staff was great. Our experience was very positive and I’d highly recommend.”
