They have changed their hoagie/sub rolls to a much lower quality and probably priced roll. It is basically a Pepperidge Farms roll you can buy at Walmart.
Better than you'd think! Taste of home!
They got good deals on Tuesdays and I like their food. But the customer service aspect could use some work, not the people themselves, but their phones feel like they're always busy. I can't call to place an order when it's more convenient than online. That's especially frustrating when I'm at work or need to pick up afterwork. Once my car broke down and I lost money because I had no way to contact them..
