Placed a delivery order at 5:10 p.m. was told it would be an hour…after an hour, no pizza. Called and was told it was on the way and to call in 15 minutes if it wasn’t here. After another 20 minutes called back and was told it was on the way again….no offer for compensation. It is now officially an hour and 45 minutes and still no pizza…poor poor customer service

I loved Giovanni's pizza when it was under the old management. It was a great pizza place but now the pizza isn't the best. The last 2 times we have gotten pizza from here, the crust has been undercooked because there is literally an inch of toppings on top of the pizza. There is no way that the crust can cook under all the weight of the toppings. If the number of toppings was reduced, the pizza would be amazing. But everyone is always friendly and the place is great otherwise!

Everything was good. They were terribly busy with only one waitress. She kept a smile on her face and tried to be attentive to everyone.
