Food was cold, not cool, it was ice cold. The Chilupas were stale and brittle, they cracked and broke apart while trying to eat, falling apart all over me. This is 2nd time this has happened in 2 weeks. Food was ordered and picked up through drive thru. Live less than 5 minutes from location.

Just stopped in and was really just disappointed in everything all together.. my food was wrong, cold and just nasty. Nacho fries tasted hours old, hard in the middle. Nacho cheese sauce was the only thing hot, but was to hot it blistered my mouth. Honestly just disappointed and won’t be back again. A waste of $20??‍?

Gets my order wrong 80% of the time

This is literally the fifth time in a row we've made a mobile order at this location and when we've picked it up it's been completely wrong. I'm usually the one to pick it up so I just check it before leaving and have to always go back around. But this time my husband went to get it who never checks it. We only got two tacos and some random loose chips in the bag (not even in a chip bag) when our order was like triple that amount of food. You're probably wondering why we even would come back after that many mess ups but we only do because Taco Bell is my husbands favorite. We already drive fifteen minutes (one way) to this location but I guess we'll just have to drive 30 minutes to the other (one hour round trip, yay us). Please send someone from corporate in to teach these workers to read. Between my husband and I we have almost 10 years of fast food experience and we know how it's done and there's absolutely no excuse for this, ESPECIALLY when it happens EVERY single time. So now a pregnant woman, toddler, and man get to share two random tacos for dinner tonight ?

Came here to grab lunch, workers noticed me but didn't say anything. The only one who actually came up to the register was the manager. When the food got done, it was thrown on the counter right in front of me. Very disappointed.

Who is training your cook staff? Chicken tacos with about 4 chicken bits. Taco Supreme that are more lettuce than all other ingredients combined. Crunchwrap Supremes with about a tablespoon each of meat, tomato and lettuce, looking nothing like the photo advertising it on the menu. I make better at home!The strawberry lemonade is good. Happy there are several caffeine free drink options.Vegetarian options: Black bean option.
