Had a dilvery order, they complete got the sandwich wrong. It was a Baconburger. Ordered with mustard and lettuce only, no cheese. Well guess what, it only had cheese on it, not even the bacon. Didn't know I could add a photo here or I would have. When I call Wendy's to complain, all they would say is that I had to talk to door dash. Well, I didn't order from door dash, I ordered from Wendy's. They refused to refund my money or any other help. Tried calling Wendy's Corp. headquarters, no one answered only go their AI answering machine, which said the samething. I have been a Wendy's customer since the 1980's but now I'll have eat or order from there again. This is one unsatisfied customer they have lost and I hope everyone else will feel the same. Put them out of business! If I would give them less then one star rating I would.

Wow.. i dk what has happened but this location has went down hill. It was GREAT several months ago but not now. I have stopped a few times around 9:45 pm. I order the same thing each time, my order is correct. Although I keep getting old, rubbery over salted fries and the burger bun is always hard. I dont have time to eat at work so I stop here on my way home. Looks like ill be finding somewhere else..

I recently moved to Milton a few months ago. During my move I ate at this location SEVERAL times. Everyone has been so friendly and courteous. Today I stopped again.. got the Biggie Bag, sandwich, fries and nuggets. I am use to getting fries and nuggets just thrown in the bag. Laying sideways even completely upside down.. so I was expecting the same today but to my pleasant surprise they were neatly placed in the bag... I know it doesn't sound like much but little things like this is why I keep coming back... thank you and keep up the great work

Received our kids apples with what looks like milk 🤮 definitely felt like someone did it on purpose, our other apples in our other child’s was fine? How did u not notice putting them in the bag and sealing it?

My family stopped here and bought 4 plain double cheeseburger burgers, a double bacon classic, 3 frosties, 2 orders of fries, a cup of chili, and a son of baconator. All for 35 dollars. Absolutely incredible and the staff was really nice. Their music choice is also really good and not quiet unlike other restaurants. My family will definitely return whenever we are hungry for Burgers and are in the area.
