Our cashier was so kind & helpful taking our order! Very young man but tons of personal meant for hospitality! Our food was fresh & hot! Had our dinner under 2 min! Fresh Lettuce & Tomato! Fries were so tasty! We love this location!

This Wendy’s always gets my order right and doesn’t mind any of my special requests (substituting, extras, etc.)They are all polite and friendly, I always have a big order. The food is was hot, especially the fries and I enjoy the different flavors of lemonade. This time I tried the Blueberry Pomegranate and it’s delicious. I will continue to visit this Wendy’s in Milton, WV.

Had a very nice meal ... And service was very good. Generous smiles with good food..... Id say Cashier Kylea was definitely my favorite!!! So kind and helpful. Knowing exactly what to recommend anytime I can't decide.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.... Almost can't get through a visit without staff buying my kid a frosty or cookie... Lol. Very cool small town vibes

Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to, consistently, I’m in the area and order for convenience, but already make alternate plans most times due to past experiences. Order is almost always wrong in some way, more times than not food is cold, fries half full, sandwiches a mess. Window service is not friendly. Seems to have a serious management problem from the top down, that does not seem to be getting addressed. My experiences are going on 1yr +.
