“I hope management sees this. The short stocky guy with glasses I believe was extremely rude and made me feel 2 feet tall about picking up some donuts. I have worked customer service my whole life and have to call him out. It was ridiculous. He huffed and puffed about having to grab an order and did not communicate at all. Didn’t offer replacements. He said like three words, and I didn’t even know if he was talking to me because of the lack of interest he had in working. I was the only customer in the building. I get it. His job can be tough at times but the number one rule with customer service is to be friendly. Especially when the customer is being friendly to you. The other employees are always very friendly. He wasn’t just having a bad day. He was being a smart ass.“

“We usually support our local donut shop but we wanted more than donuts. Instead of going to McDonald's or BK we thought we'd see what Dunkin had for breakfast. It did not disappoint! Everything was good! Really big selection of food options too. We got a bunch of stuff to try. I even got a protein iced coffee. You'd never know it was protein. It tasted amazing! Gave us energy for a somewhat difficult 8 mile hike in the woods on and 19° morning. We will be back!“

“A dear friend of mine loves to pick up a dozen assorted donuts, and bring them to church for coffee before service on Sundays. Those donut beauties bring a smile to everyone’s faces, especially mine if there’s a chocolate Bavarian cream donut in the box. Delicious, fresh and beautiful, Dunkin’s are the best! “Amazing people here. Seriously. Transmission went out of my car with my girl and 5 month old baby and this McDonald's gave us refuge from 95° heat. They gave us water and food and the staff was so kind and understanding. Thank God for people like them.“

The building looks a bit dated, but the service was quick and the food was consistent. I went through the drive-thru in the early afternoon, ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, and got my food without much of a wait. Pretty standard experience, but no complaints.“
