A lot of things were not available. Many cooking appliances were broken so many menu items weren't available. The employees were great, so can't fault them. I believe the problem lies with the franchise owner. Not a good representation of Tim Hortons.
Coffee was a bit bitter! Nothing a pinch of salt couldnt fix.
