“We stop at this location on our way to Parkersburg often. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming! This morning was no exception ❤️. Although I don’t know his name the younger (really tall) guy working this morning made our day. Keep up the great work! BTW (the new banana Timbits were amazing!)“

“I recently went to a fancy chocolate place in NYC owned by a famous chef. Hands down Holl's chocolate is better. I have liked everything I've ever eaten from here and the people who work here are wonderful.“

“I’ve been trying to catch them without a line and it’s hard, very hard and for good reason I see!! I got the chance this morning I just happened to catch them a couple minutes before they opened. I had no idea what I wanted I said I liked something sweet and they had a whole bunch of recommendations. I ended up going with a mocha pistachio and all I can say is wow 🤌🏼“

“The people that work here is why I travel from North End to Southside to get my bagel and avocado spread. The people are friendly and make my day every time. Great customer service is lost now and days, but not at the Starbucks on Southside. ❤️“

“This is a great Starbucks. Friendly Baristas, great cold brew, delicious and cheap breakfast and a real friendly atmosphere. Love to come here and enjoy. Thanks!“

“Done with speedway after 25 faithfull years. I always looked the other way on the fuel prices being a few cents higher for the convenience and reward system but now that they have made it so that you cannot refill a gas card after 7:00 p.m. and you cannot use a gas card to pay at the pump there's absolutely no reason to continue paying extra prices on gas and merchandise. I knew when they were purchased by 7-Eleven that it would go downhill fast and it has I buy $500 gas cards per week to fuel up at pump multiple vehicles and work nights I can no longer refill my cards and my family cannot use the card to pay at the pump avoiding risking being skimmed with a credit card at the pump. they say it's because of fraud on gift cards but if an employee is not behind the fraud then how is their fraud how is refilling a gift card before 7:00 any less fraudulent then after 7:00 how is me coming in to pay with my kid card any more of a chance of being fraudulent than not an employee cannot tell if it was fraudulently filled inside anymore than they can outside goodbye Speedway“

“Great service friendly people“

“I hope management sees this. The short stocky guy with glasses I believe was extremely rude and made me feel 2 feet tall about picking up some donuts. I have worked customer service my whole life and have to call him out. It was ridiculous. He huffed and puffed about having to grab an order and did not communicate at all. Didn’t offer replacements. He said like three words, and I didn’t even know if he was talking to me because of the lack of interest he had in working. I was the only customer in the building. I get it. His job can be tough at times but the number one rule with customer service is to be friendly. Especially when the customer is being friendly to you. The other employees are always very friendly. He wasn’t just having a bad day. He was being a smart ass.“

“thanks for the care y’all give with every serving…this was a special scone today and a good way to kick off my New Year’s Eve celebration…Happy New Year y’all…2022 is going to be awesome…🙏🎉🎉🎉🙏…Pastor Ray…“

“Placed an order through doordash and they made sure everything was sealed perfectly and made perfectly. Definitely appreciate the extra effort and the very kind guy I talked to on the phone before placing my order 😊❤️“

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. My iced coffee was on point. It was an easy and quick drive from the hotel we stayed at. They had a variety of options and were not out of stock on anything. Really great Dunkin', will definitely stop at this one again when I'm in the area.“

“Great coffee and eats! Staff was friendly and service was fast!“

“I work a lot and recently started a keto diet and it's hard to just run thru somewhere and get decent food for a diet. Usually I get a couple big macs without the bun and when I get it there's hardly any lettuce or anything on the meat. Just wanna shout to to the crew working this evening for making it the best way I've ever had it was an actual salad. Thank you guys“

“I'm never this way but the few times I am and I stop in here the experience is always amazing. They truly have a great team of employees that have this place running amazingly. The manager Mary and the cashier Allison made the experience so much better this morning, they were extremely friendly and welcoming. 100/10.“

“The Tea in the mourning seems to be weak….Let’s make sure to give the customers a non deluded sweet or unsweetened tea that’s my only complaint. The staff is great all around shout out to Rockin Rollen Who works there a asset to the team for sure!Give these vets a raise they bust the butt everyday in in there in the mourning to make things run somewhat smoother than others.Just work on that Tea please lol u can tell by the color!
