Great customer service decent price and the food is good thank you guys for being alive I was super hungry and waited in line way too long at cracker barrel so I walked away and decided to try this place never heard of it before never eaten here before but I will definitely be putting this on my stops every time I see one this is where I will get my Italian Pizza quick fix food thank you so much

My husband and I were just passing through on the interstate an ordered a pizza to grab and go. We got the garden pizza and holy sh** this thing is the heaven of all veggie pizza it's loaded with EVERYTHING ! 100/10 reccomend. Also the lady taking the order (Stormie) was soooo sooooooo nice ! We went through the drive through and she made it super easy.

We have been VIP customers of Napolis for 25 years. Tonight, I placed an online order, which consisted of 1 large pepperoni pizza for $9.99, and 1 large 2-topping pizza for $15x when the pizza was delivered, the pepperoni pizza was a medium so the driver advised me to call customer care which I did immediately. I was told that they wojld bring me the large I ordered but I had to return the medium pizza. When the driver came half an hour later (one hour now has passed since my order was placed), I told him my family was hungry and had eaten 3 pieces of the medium pepperoni. He then told me I had to take 3 pieces from the large he just brought me and put them in the medium pizza box!! Which I did but how ridiculous! This was insulting and absurd. They messed up my order. We will never order from Napolis again.

They charge an additional $1.99 for some of the worst blue cheese dressing I've eaten. The Italian sub is pedestrian at best. The breadstick would be best described as stake. Never again.

This is good pizza. I picked this up while out of town.
Tried to place an order on the phone as we were going to pick it up cause we are for. Out of town and staying in the hotel behind Napoli's in mineral wells. Lady was rude and me getting aggravated told her we would just come order it at the store we'll get to the store and they told us there closed. .ind you that online says it closes at 10 we called at 9:20 and stopped at the store at 9:25-30 but yet told us that they closed at 9... Just pure disappointment with this particular location

Found this place on google. We were traveling from Ohio. We wanted to stop grab quick and eat on our travels. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Pepperoni, extra cheese, and canned mushrooms.We went to the Mineral Ridge WV location and the gentlemen working there was very polite and courteous.

We moved to N.C back in 2018. Napolis has always been our go to for subs and pizza. We came back for a wedding and had four restaurants we just had to fit into our busy schedule and Napolis was on top of the list. We ordered our food at the Mineral Wells branch @9:45 p.m They close at 10 p.m We were expecting alot of attitude when we pulled up at 9:59 p.m To our surprise the manager was very pleasant and professional. There was no hint of displeasure in her voice our actions. She is a true professional and just a good natured person in general. Thank you so much!!! If she could have seen the smiles on our faces as we opened up the subs and took that first bite. Lol
