This is the first time that I've left a bad review for a restaurant. We were there an hour to get our food. They weren't busy at all. I noticed out of 6 orders, they had gotten 3 wrong. The gravy for the dinner was like water. They were very loud and unapologetic about their service. I will not go back there. I'm thankful the other Tutors I've been to have lived up to the Tudors' good reputation. I hope Mineral Wells learn from the help of others.
I bought 2 Thundering Herd biscuits. The sausage was cooked BLACK!! This Tudors for some reason cannot get their act together. II spent $15.00 for burnt to a crisp trash. Both sausage patties looked this way.
I have to say that Krislynn is the sweetest person I have had the honor of meeting in the drive through. She had the sweetest personality and was genuine in her customer service. She definitely goes above and beyond and deserves a raise! Thank you for creating an amazing experience.
