This is the only Mexican restaurant in Moorefield! Not many choices to eat at in Moorefield. Food was okay. Service was okay. Better than eating pizza or pasta! We had the Texan Fajitas. It came with chips and salsa. I give this place a 6.5/10.
I’m from out of town and let me just say that the food was amazing service too! I’ve gone to restaurants in big cities and doesn’t compare to this place I had the mixed fajitas ?

We have eaten at El Rancho twice now and both times we had excellent food and service. It’s a very down to earth place with a family friendly atmosphere.Vegetarian options: The veggie fajitas are top notch! I loved them so much, I’ve had them both times I’ve gone, so I haven’t tried the other veggie options.
