Horrible customer service. Young girls working who could care less and don’t know how to make coffee. I’ve been going there since they opened and the last few times have been horrible. The coffee takes like water, they add way to much syrups to the coffee as well.

I ordered coffee this morning at 7:15, got there to pick it up and they were still closed! Meanwhile online and the hours on the doors states they open at 6am!!

I LOVE almost heaven, the workers are usually very nice and the food is always good. Today I had one of the worst experiences, now I understand this specific worker could’ve just been having a bad day which is why I didn’t say anything to her and wasn’t planning on doing so but i’m just really upset. I always order an açaí bowl base two with extra extra granola, bananas and extra granola on the side. Today I ordered and a staff member answers the phone and says their name is peyton. I tell them what I want, exactly what I listed above, and they wait 30 seconds and then ask what i want on the açaí bowl, so i repeat myself again, she then waits another 30 seconds and asks if there’s anything else and i tell her I want extra granola on the side. I’m more than happy to pay for extra granola because it’s so good. I have asked and received extra granola twice in the past. She says okay to my granola and asks for a phone number, I tell her the number very slowly because i’ve worked in retail and I know how stressful it can be to type a number fast. So I tell her the number and she asks for it again and I start over at 304 and she interrupts me and rudely says “I got that part.” It was really disheartening considering i’ve never had a bad experience here before. When I got home and opened my bag I found the bowl with a normal amount of granola but no extra granola on the side like I requested. The food is always great but this service was very upsetting. I recommend almost heaven for coffee dates and a cute brunch spot.

We stopped by at 8:45pm (9pm was closing time). They already had all the chairs up, mopping, chatting, told us they closed the cash register early and that there was no service.

Got some of the pre packaged cookies that state 12.6oz on the package. They were unopened but seemed like some were missing. I was already home when I realized this. I weighed them on my kitchen scale one container was over 2oz short and the other was 4oz short. Considering how much they charge I expected to at least get the amount stated on the package.

First time here, coffee was watered down with little flavor. Almost $6 for a coffee that wasn't very good.

Waited 33 minutes for one almond cafe latte at the drive-thru that I was first in line at the drive-thru. Ridiculous. This place used to be great and good service. The food is still good but the service sucks.

Not my kinda place. Atmosphere is pretty weird. The prices are sky high. $54 for a 10’’ pie ain’t that something. Way too expensive. Yet I got a $6 smallest size Chai. Literally syrup. Hot chocolate was good price at $3 yet is nothing fancy it’s literally instant with some chocolate added. Not really worth even $3. If it’s your kind of place to waste money I reckon I’d recommend this place but if you like actually saving money or getting your moneys worth. I would not recommend this place 3/10. Go to Starbucks or better yet go to Sugar bar sweets and coffee.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not very accessible. Very crowded inside. Small front door so custom chairs will not fit.

Come on guys. Don’t advertise something like this all to hand a customer something the complete opposite. It wasn’t even edible. And the audacity to charge $9 for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Rating updated to 3 stars. We were double charged when using the outside ordering system and the charges were never corrected. We called 3 times and never received a return call or a credit. Shame, we loved their cheesecakes and salads.

Update: We have not received a refund, nor been contacted about the overcharge. If management would post an email, I would be happy to reach out directly.

Update #2: We did get a refund but it came from the bank finding the double charge. My advice is to pay at the window if you go.

Me and my boyfriend stopped in for coffee and breakfast and ended up waiting an HOUR AND HALF for our food just to find out they ran out of what he ordered. They did not mention this until after we waited the hour and a half. The staff refunded us our money (after we asked) for what he ordered and we’re not very pleasant about it. The food and coffee is over priced and the service was awful. They refunded about 5 other people as well who were upset with the service and the wait. I would not recommend this place.

It is in a strip mall with other food places, but there is nothing to make it stand out from the rest. I ordered a hot Chai Latte, but received an Iced Chai. The food looked good, but understanding the posted menu board is difficult.

Most likely, I will not be back.

Parking: Plenty of parking, but the lot is a tight fit.

Trust me; just go. Delicious, homemade, quality food and ingredients. Super friendly staff. They made my son (17 months) some bacon and said, “order up for Jeff’s baby.” HA! Solid people with passion. Fast and efficient with big groups and orders. Highly recommended!
