Carlo’s Pizza & More

Had hopes for this place. The menu is lacking options and some basic Italian staples are not available or just wont cut it. Pizza had potential but they just cant get it together! They keep changing the toppings of what I order and truly expect the customer to just accept food choice changes without saying anything.

Usually I just took the pizza and moved on (yes, this happens often - shame on me for ordering again!) , but today I finally said no and asked my pizza be remade. As a result the waitress was snippy and rude as if I was wrong for asking for the food to be something we would eat.

Today’s experience was so negative that I will not be coming back; something that could have been easily avoided by good old fashioned customer service.

Carlo’s has much to learn about running a restaurant that people love.

I had the special steak sandwich, one of the best I've ever had. Very fresh & top quality ingredients. Very clean, quick, detailed service. I felt important. Great family atmosphere, decent parking. One of my new mom n pop eateries.

Full transparency, I didn't dine in so I'm giving atmosphere 5 stars until I see it myself. Great service. I placed an order online and they called to ask what kind of crust I wanted. As for the food, it was a mixed bag for me. The hot pepper cheese balls were good. The pizza, however, was lackluster in my opinion. I opted for the square pizza because I like a lot of dough. IT WAS A LOT OF DOUGH. Too much, in the sense that it sorta drowns our the flavor of everything else. I also thought the sauce was too light and the veggies were undercooked. Last thing I'll mention is the pizza is HUGE. Lots of leftovers. Certainly not the worst pizza I've had, but also not the best.

If you haven’t tried Carlos you need to. The food is authentic Italian. Service was great and the price was very affordable.

We ordered online and picked up. The site kept resetting. We paid for dressing we didn’t get. Not enough flavor in the sauce. Calzone and Philly cheesesteak pizza bland. Boneless wings small and all breading.

The hostess was extremely nice and professional. Pizza took about 45min walk in to go order. I did not enjoy the pizza it felt cheap and was very greasy. Ended up returning after only eating a few bites.

Really good all around. Square pie had a crispy bottom, good amount of sauce and cheese. Loaded fries with delicious ranch and plenty of bacon. Will come back again

I have loved everything I have tried from meatball hoagie, pasta shells, but my hands down favorite is the meat stuffed pizza -- so delicious!

Finally a pizza place that everyone in my family enjoys (teens and hubby are so picky)! So glad to have found it. Definitely be back --lots!

So I just found out about this place from some friends and I was not disappointed. First to arrive was my soup, not too salty and not under salted either, which is a problem I find in a lot of soups: it was prefectly seasoned. Had the Zucchini planks and loaded fries for an appetizer. Fantastic, the Zucchini was cut nice and thin, the breading was nice and crispy and the red sauce was the best I've ever had from any restaurant. Loaded fries were pretty awesome too. Then came our entrees, I had the gnocchi with tomato sauce and my partner had a cold Italian sub. Loved it, favorite part was the pepperoncinis. I suspected he gnocchi was fresh and not frozen from the taste of it, and the same tomato sauce used for the Zucchini planks was on the gnocchi (secretly I was hoping for this as I ran out of the sauce for my Zucchini). That sauce is so good!
Overall 10/10, will dine again. Thank God they deliver to my area.

Pizza was ok, soggy in the middle! Should have asked for crispy crust! Italian restaurant? Country music playing!?? restaurant not very cool inside!
