Literally the best steak I've ever had in my life. Perfection. Rare. Little bit of burnt crusty on the edges, which I love. Only recommendation I have is to move the garlic butter from the steak (stands on it's own) to the potatoes (pretty good but could use the assistance of the garlic butter).
It's the kind of meal that I don't want to risk having again, because it'll never compare to my memory of the perfect steak.

I would give more stars for service if I could. Our server's name was Dominic and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a special evening. Given that this was my first time dining at this establishment, the bar is now set extremely high for when I return. And hopefully that's soon. I'll be dreaming of the Chilean sea bass and the cheesecake with blueberry compote. 10/10 recommend.
First time at Stefano’s, and I’m mad it’s taken me this long to try it out. Easily one of the top 3 overall experiences I’ve had in Morgantown. The food was absolutely delicious, from the escargot appetizer to the sea bass & lobster risotto entree, bursting with flavor, and finally, this raspberry cream cake. Our waiter provided impeccable service. I will definitely be back to explore the menu.
