Third time ordering a Vodka Parmigiana Hero and three times in a row getting a plain chicken Parmigiana hero. Half the time the food here is so delicious, its the reason I come back. The other half the time the food is being made by someone who cooks like an individual without tastebuds and without any effort into flavor and consistency. The service is great and the girl who took my order, took it correctly. But something happens in the kitchen where they get confused by their own menu. Getting close to what food should taste like at least half the time is lazziness, getting the wrong order 3/3 times, that is incompetency. Arguing with the server who took the order correctly saying she is wrong or the customer is wrong must be something else all together. I also couldnt receive a refund because a manager wasn't on site so I waited the extra 20minutes to get a chicken Parmigiana again maybe with a little milk in the sauce idk? you be the judge, identical to the sauce in the roll? Maybe one or two of the cooks just have no clue what Vodka sauce is...
So overall, good food most of the time and they might get the wrong order but this is definitely one of the best pizzerias around nonetheless. The kitchens just gotta figure out their flow and have patience with your other co workers, because it is possible you are wrong afterall👌

I usually never have complaints but i had the worst experience here recently. The customer service was awful, i could barely get a word iut of the workers. They stopped serving pizza almost 3 hours before close and let people stand in the line for almost 45 minutes without telling anyone there was zero pizza left. They also acted like they were annoyed that we were there. I gt that the college students can be annoying but others shouldnt get punished because of it: love the food, hate the customer service.

Highly recommend by my picky kid going to WVU. I had the buffalo chicken salad and it was big, filling and worth the value. They put my chicken on the also witch was perfect! As a type 2 diabetic I coils eat the salad first so the fiber slows down the lightly breaded chicken to not Raise my blood sugar level much. He got 2 slices of pizza, his buddy got a Stromboli and his other friend got an italian sub they all loved it. No complaints here ❤️

This is a place where you can please everybody, including the pickiest of eaters. Casa di Amici has every ingredient just right. The dough, it’s simple but impossible to duplicate. That’s why we can’t settle for anything else! Quality 🤌🏽 Also this is our place of emergency food because their hours are great and they have fast slices if you need it!
