We were in the Morgantown area for GeoWoodstock and needed to find a place for dinner. We were walking down the street talking about finding a pizza place when an older gentleman overheard us and told us to go 2 1/2 blocks down to get pizza. He said you won’t regret it. We were really happy to see that you could buy pizza by the slice. That way we could all get exactly what we wanted. And the size of the individual pieces were HUGE! We added a couple other appetizers and left full. The atmosphere was also really cool with the front of the restaurant opened up. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for pizza and a quick bite to eat while in the area.

This place has good food but shitty in customer service, I ordered a pepperoni pizza they delivered a cheese pizza. I called the high st store and was told they didn't have my order and needed to call cheat lake they also didn't have my order, so I checked my receipt online proved it was from high street the second time I called after I proved it was frim them she was like oh what's the order number so I gave it, by this time my kids were crying for their pizza so gave them some I didnt expect a whole pizza but they refused to help at all they could have easy reimbursed me 5.00 dollars for the pepperoni but they really don't care about customers. The delivery driver was really rude while I was talking to them acting like most people call and lie just to get a free pizza I warned them before I didn't have a whole pizza because I fed my 5 and 3 year old and he was like I can't do anything to help. This is the first time anything like this has happened, but they handled it poorly and lied

Late night cashier NEVER has a good attitude. Rarely gives me the sauces I PAY for, and when I ask her or clarify that she gave me the wrong one she catches an attitude. She needs replaced.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude staff. Very unprofessional, yelled at my friends for asking for pepperoni pizza. No options, just cheese pizza. Instead of nicely saying there is no pepperoni, he raised his voice and said “why are you looking at me like that”. If you want a calm pizza experience with nice employees I would recommend skipping out on casa and going to papa Allen’s.

Not the right place via pics but the best plain pizza in Morgantown. I went to mountain state but wanted a slice of pepperoni and went to casa and it was hot, crisp, and a pizza lovers dream. Go here for a good slice of pizza.

Food is really tasty and never got anything nasty or strange or unexpected from them but some of the staff are really intimidating. They arent rude or anything so no big deal. Despite the things (customers) happening in there sometimes, its pretty clean. I do not usually like my leftover pizza cold, but this place's leftovers cold are pretty good not gonna lie

Disappointed in this place after seeing the Zach Steven's Video. Use to love Casa but after this I don't think I will return. Fight took place in the restaurant but the workers couldn't break it up?

It gets four stars based on nostalgia alone. Nothing better than stumbling in there drunk at 2:45 AM in 1995, with four dollars to your name, and getting two slices with pepperoni, and getting change back.
