This is a late night favorite for my son and I. The staff members are such nice people. We went up late one night and when we got there he had to use the restroom. As I'm standing in line he comes back from the restroom and says to me that it's locked and had an out of order sign. I told him it's okay we would get something to eat and I would take him down the road. Just as I say this to him, the lady working the cash register looks directly at my son and rambles off a number. He smiles and walks back to the restroom. As I stood there in confusion, she just kind of smiled at me. As I go to get our pizza my son comes out of the restroom. He walked straight to the front counter and said to the lady thank you very much I had to pee really bad!! If you've read any of my other reviews you know how I feel about customer service. Because of this woman's generosity towards my son that night we only get pizza from here on our late night outings not to mention they really do have the BEST PIZZA in the area!!!!Kid-friendliness: All the staff members are always very nice and polite to my son.

They gave us cold pizza. It was not any good. Threw it away. The employees did not care. It was like a total waste of money. This (was) a fantastic place to eat at one time. NOT NOW IT WAS BAD FOOD.

I called in my order, when I got my order 2 items were wrong and i was missing my dessert & instead of fixing it or giving me my missing items on the side when i returned they just kept blaming the computer system , asking was i sure i ordered from them when i had just picked up my order 5 minutes prior.

Update 12/12/23As you can see, I originally reviewed this restaurant years ago.We decided to try again and as usual, disappointing. When it's made good it is great, but it has gone down hill. Got our order and 1 pizza was completely burnt. The other was 1/2 burnt. On to the wings asked for extra saucy and got home with wings with NO SAUCE. As if that isn't bad enough, I called and spoke with the nice young man who took the order. He advised they would replace my order it would be on my account. Ok great. I then get a phone call from a Female who Q me and told me I could drive back 20 min to get a side of sauce. This exchange was ridiculous and the exact reason why I stopped spending my money at their establishment and the exact reason why I never will again. I thought I'll try again, but obviously, they do not care to steal your money and have gotten even worse with food quality and their non-existent customer service.
