Placed an order for delivery when it arrived I opened up my burrito bowl just to see that there was no rice or steak in the bowl only lettuce, gauc, cheese, and sour cream. It’s ridiculous in my opinion and on top of that the steak is an up charge so I spent $18 on a bowl that wasn’t even made correctly.

You’d think this place wouldn’t be good being on high street in Morgantown but is it quite the opposite. The food is wonderful! Fresh, warm & flavorful. The employees are so kind and keep the place clean. I’ve had such a great experience here & I’ve eaten at a lot of chipotle restaurants lol… This one was surprisingly awesome!

Got a bowl here on mobile order. They gave me barely any chicken the rice was undercooked, they charged me for queso and didn't give me any. They also didn't give me the free quac that was suppose to come with my first mobile order. So disappointed to think their main competitor doesn't charge for quac or queso. I learned my lesson, I'm gonna go to qudoba next time. On top of all this the staff was rude.

This place used to be good, but has gone downhill. The portions are smaller than other Chipotle's, and they never put enough salsa. They are usually crowded and slow. Not to mention expensive. Save yourself the frustration and go to a real Mexican restaurant. It would honestly be cheaper, and you wouldn't still be hungry afterwards.

There had been a problem with the cilantro, it is Brown and gross and wilted. They should just leave it out if it's that nasty.
