Got a bowl here on mobile order. They gave me barely any chicken the rice was undercooked, they charged me for queso and didn't give me any. They also didn't give me the free quac that was suppose to come with my first mobile order. So disappointed to think their main competitor doesn't charge for quac or queso. I learned my lesson, I'm gonna go to qudoba next time. On top of all this the staff was rude.

First time ever eating chipotle. Not impressed. Food was cold and the chicken had a weird texture. The worker was super nice.

This place used to be good, but has gone downhill. The portions are smaller than other Chipotle's, and they never put enough salsa. They are usually crowded and slow. Not to mention expensive. Save yourself the frustration and go to a real Mexican restaurant. It would honestly be cheaper, and you wouldn't still be hungry afterwards.

There had been a problem with the cilantro, it is Brown and gross and wilted. They should just leave it out if it's that nasty.
I won't eat here until they fix this .

I would give 0 if I could. The really ripped me off. I was missing half my burrito bowl and when I said something they said “no that’s the right amount. So I guess double meat is only 8 pieces now.

Out of Black Beans and ICE. They had a sign on the door so I knew even before entering. Thank you.
No line, not busy, 3 min in and out, did not dine in. Worker was very professional and portions were solid and good for me. I found the food really good and comparable to any other chain.
Non rush hour times are likely most ideal for customers.
