worker on 4/2 at 3:00 p.m should not be making burritos or any order. clearly is intimidated by larger orders so he puts such little amounts of food in the order. also very lethargic while taking orders. all in all get him off the front lines.

Whoever was working the counter monday night febuary 19 was extremely rude . I came in late but she was so rude when taking my order and gave me half a scoop of chicken( i literally got 4 pieces of chicken) and threw my change back into my hand and it flew onto the counter. I rarley eat at chipotle but that was the only place open late but i’ll never come back to this one for that reason . There is no reason for anyone to act like that towards a customer idc what kind of day you’re having .

Was told to leave the dining room at 10:10pm despite the restaurant being open until 11pm. The girl that told people to leave was standoffish and unpleasant. I had to eat my food outside in 30° weather because the floor staff didn't want to clean the dining room again. Having worked in the food business, you cannot kick people out because you don't want to clean. If someone sits down at 10:59pm you have to serve them despite inconvenience.

I have been going here for the passed month every other day getting the same thing everytime. Most of the time I go is around 4pm. Tonight I went at 9pm the staff was rude and I was charged more tonight then ever. Again I always get the same thing.

$21 for absolute garbage. Double chicken but I counted 6 pieces in total. The guac was completely brown and looked like it had set out all day, my queso was straight up cold, and idk how you manage to screw up rice but leave it to this chipotle. I wish I could say this is a rare occurrence but this happens routinely to where I'm confused how this place hasn't been shut down due to the working station and kitchen being absolutely filthy. If I had the choice of chipotle on high street or starving to death, tell my family I love them. I understand this isn't the Hamptons but I've gotten better quality food at a $1 hot dog stand on high street.

I asked the person waiting on us if I could have something to wipe the table where we were going to sit and she said - they are clean. I said -not where we are going to sit and she told me to use a napkin...very sanitary .. won't be back!
Got Grubhub and my fajita vegetables were uncooked and poorly cut. It ruined my bowl. And on top of that My bowl was only halfway full. I spent over $40 here for half the food I was expecting. Seems like this Chipotle can’t do anything right considering I have constant issues at this location.

I cannot understand why anyone goes here. The prices are out of sight for what you receive. This is just a basic fast food restaurant it is not particularly clean or managed. The furnishings are sparse. My husband and I were desperate to grab a quick dinner and thought this would be something different. We both ordered the special limited Carne Asada bowl. Well, there's plenty of food and it is assembled in front of you. That's all we had, no drinks or sides. We were shocked at check out when the cost exceeded $30. They charge extra for cheese and guacamole. The guacamole is not freshly made but a premade spread plopped on top of our meals. The beef was tough. Surprise, there were no knives. How am I to cut meat without a knife? I will never ever return.

We ate here with our 4 kids on a cross-country roadtrip and I was genuinely impressed. The service was efficient and friendly, the prep area and dining area were clean. It was lunch time on a Sunday and there was a line, but we got our food fast and the cashier even offered to carry my tray to my table for me because my hands were full. The food was cooked well. We eat at Chipotle often, all over the country, and this was among the best if not THE BEST we've ever been to! I'm not even exaggerating. Way to go Morgantown!

ordered a burrito bowl with two sides of queso, picked up my order and the bag was soaked and when I got home the queso was just dumped in the bag. I called and a woman got my name and said I could have a free entrée the next time I come in, but the next time I came in there was no one who would vouch for my phone call and my free entrée was not honored.
