Omg!!! My husband and I visited this place for the first time for his 65th birthday. It was absolutely amazing! We had the AYCE crab legs and shrimp. Jose was our wonderful waiter. He was fantastic! If you visit ask for Jose, guaranteed you won't be disappointed!! So customer service friendly! He kept the plates coming without hesitation. The mgr came to our table to wish him a happy birthday as well. We thought that was very nice! But the food omg it was soooo delicious!...
Service was fine. As others have said, the restaurant was cold. We had the crab dip, and there was very little crab in it. The crab that was in the dip was all clumped up in one spot, so it was basically an Old Bay seasoned cream cheese dip until we hit a small block of crab meat.

This was my first time eating here, and I want to start by saying the our waitress was amazing.
The food on the other hand was pretty mid. I got the crab dip and it tasted like it was 99% cream cheese with very little crab meat. It was really disappointing to be served this at the CRAB shack.
