The customer service was absolutely fantastic, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs without being overbearing or intrusive. I had two slices of pizza and I honestly think it's the best cheese I've ever had on any pizza ever. The cheese itself was wonderfully stretchy and stringy, but never too chewy. The prices were also perfect, making it ideal for an average college student. Next time I'm in town from Raleigh I'll be stopping here first for my next 🍕

I do recommend Fat Angelo’s, but definitely not from the Lemont Furnace location. They are terrible! Two hours to have my god delivered. Although they have multiple reviews that describe a long delivery time, I have never experienced it until tonight. It has been two hours since I’ve ordered my food and it is still not here. I can see the money has been deducted from my account, however they are now closed and the food is still not here. I am very disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoy Fat Angelo’s food so I’ve avoided leaving negative reviews, but after several instances of careless, avoidable issues from them, I feel that I have no choice.
I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight at 7:34 with an expected delivery time of 8:24. I called the store at 8:50 asking for an update, only to be told (with an attitude of course) that the delivery drivers have all deliveries out and we should expect it momentarily. I am currently writing this review at 9:25 (TWO full hours after placing the order and an hour after it was expected to be delivered) and still have not received our order. I called the store again at 9:14 and got no answer because the store is now closed. So we still do not even know if our food is coming.
This is not the first, second or even third time this has happened to us with delivery from this location.
I’ve placed orders ahead of time for a set delivery time to ensure it arrived when we needed and they sent it to us a full hour before that scheduled time (first time they’ve ever been early though so I guess I should be grateful) and then they blamed their system for not marking the time. They did bring out another pizza that day at the correct scheduled time but not before trying to excuse the behavior and giving me an attitude.
We’ve ignored the prior instances of them being severely late because it has been our preferred pizza place, but it is absolutely unacceptable. If it has happened to us several times, I cannot imagine we’re the only ones.
** update - it’s 9:42 and our food just arrived. Freezing cold, naturally. The poor delivery driver looked like he was almost in tears so I can only imagine he’s had a rough night. He was extremely polite to use so this review is not directed at him in any way.

I got a turkey bacon sub. The turkey looks like the very thing kind you can buy in a packet. It’s a very cheap meat that doesn’t taste good. It left a nasty taste in my mouth.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone. not only do they have a great product.. they have employees with big hearts... we have been without water for 2 days and the delivery driver offered to go and get us a case of water... we have some stocked so it was declined... however that gesture meant the world to me and my family .

We stopped here a couple of times last week enroute to our far away destinations. Located only a couple of minutes off of the highway with a full bar and pizzeria. Good, freshly made food and service.

They killed it. I ordered a medium Deluxe pizza, 12 wings, and a hoagie. Each item was DELICIOUS, but just as important, the service was phenomenal. The guy who answered the phone was patient, funny and super helpful and the delivery guy was also super sweet. 10 stars for the service alone.

Good food ready on time. We’ve ordered from here twice and I think the only thing that holds me back from a 5 is that we ordered the same thing and it was different literally within two weeks of the first order. Not bad but obviously different.
