Went to get a cookie for my son. He ended up getting yelled at for touching the glass case while pointing out the cookie he wanted. Million ways to be professional when dealing with customers who don't know you just cleaned the glass. No argument here just won't be back.

Today is my daughter’s birthday and I am four hours from her and I order a cookie cake online to be delivered. The third-party vendor did not make the delivery, but I called great American Cookie Company in Morgantown and luckily Hayley had a cake and decorated it and my daughter was able to get a ride to go pick it up. Thank you so much to Hayley for saving the day, the cake was adorable!! Thank you for your kindness!!

I had an issue with a cookie cake not being decorated correctly and Bing was very helpful. She made sure that my order was remade correctly and I am very happy with my cake.

This place don't even deserve a 1 star. I had an order online and when I came in to pick up the next day. They said they must have overlooked it and not even apologizing. Who runs are business like this but a bunch of lunatics. By the way yall cookies are overrated and overpriced. Ive had better homemade cookies than your watered down buns

they're closing at the end of this month. if you like them, get them while you can. also. they try to get their workers to work off the clock
