My daughter and I was shopping in the Morgantown Mall and trying to get our steps in. We were doing a circle loop through the food court and decided to stop at Xi Cha which is a Bubble Tea and Ice Cream Shop.She went with a Green Tea Based Mango Bubble Tea with Mango Bursting Bubbles. Every time I'm in Morgantown, I make sure to come to this shop! There aren't many places in my area to get bubble tea, and this one is quite a ways away. But I have no regrets driving this far for it.
