I was traveling in the Morgantown area for work. I did not want something from a chain and came across the reviews for House of Shawarma. I ordered delivery through DoorDash. The food was delicious I ordered the Chicken Bowl and the Falafel Balls both were excellent. The food was flavorful and fresh. I will definitely order here again when I am in town.

What a fantastic find! It was our first time ordering and we thought everything was spectacular. The gyro was flavorful and quite large; the hummus was perfectly spiced; the baba ganoush was smooth and smoky; the salad was crunchy and colorful; the grape leaves were lovely; the pitas were grilled and warm. The owner is great and very accommodating. They were out of baklava for the night so we'll have to return soon!

Saw this place on the map, decided to give it a try and noticed it was a food truck, so even better! The sauce and chicken on my shawarma were FANTASTIC. Best shawarma I've ever had.

A Perfect Pit Stop on the Way to Columbus

We stopped here on our way to Columbus, Ohio, and were genuinely impressed. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Their outdoor seating was comfortable, easily accommodating our family of six. Our server went above and beyond, not only was the service prompt and friendly, but they also made sure the kids were happy without making us feel rushed or pressured to spend. It was clear they cared more about our experience than the dollars.

We’ll definitely be stopping by again on future trips and highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling through the area.

What an amazing find as we were passing through West Virginia. On a long drive we wanted to find something fast but flavorful and halal, luckily we came across House of Shawarma and were very satisfied with everything! The staff was super friendly and cooked up a chicken bowl and gyro quickly - both were really fresh and the flavor was on point. Even the rice itself was very tasty and aromatic. We would definitely be here all the time if we lived in town.
