Slowest jimmy johns I've ever experienced, take out or delivery. I've ordered for pick up twice, walked in and they're just standing there not doing anything and then proceed to make my sandwich once I am there. Don't order delivery unless you want to get your sandwich in 3-5 business days.

Please stop letting briefcase guy make sandwiches. He consistently skimps on toppings. The sandwiches end up made-in-your-kitchen quality and not like something that came out of a restaurant. I’m sure he’s a nice guy but maybe he could stick to the briefcase stuff?

I ordered my food for delivery around dinner and I never got my food. I tried to call them to see what was happening but they didn’t pick up the phone. This is the second time something like this has happened. The last time we had to actually drive to the store and pick up our food that we ordered for delivery. I even have a picture of the tracking and it says that it didn’t even go out for delivery. I am very upset because I actually like JJ’s food but now I probably won’t be ordering from them, at least not delivery.

Terrible service!!! Absolutely Rude employee, who spoke to me very rudely on the phone and would not offer any solution to the fact I waited almost 2 hours for 3 sandwiches to be delivered at lunchtime and subsequently was VERY late for work and couldn't have a lunch at all!Never Never again! Put me on the list of people (who I assume are many) who will not spend good money on terrible services and mediocre food.

We ordered a family pack of sandwiches for a Christmas gathering, and basically all we got was a lot of bread; very little meat, very little lettuce, and they forgot to give us the tomatoes and condiments which we asked for on the side. NEVER again.

Ordered a catering order of 30. Counted when we got home had 27 and noticed the seal was broken.
We called Jimmy johns at 11:40pm on 11/17/23 to get our food delivered to the hotel. After 1 hr we called to see where our food was and they said we were next on delivery. 40 mins later still no food!! We called them they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver and asked if we just wanted to cancel our order. So we had to cancel. Now we are waiting another hour just for pizza to arrive. Thanks Jimmy johns for a waste of my time. I am beyond mad and disappointed!

Went to Suncrest Town Center to pick up a sandwich on Saturday WVU home football game. Kickoff is at 7:00pm and it is currently 3:00pm. 9 people in store already ordered waiting for food. Approach counter to order and three people behind counter only one person making sandwiches. Place my order for one whole sandwich and guy tells me can't do it. We are out of bread. Out of bread at 3:00pm on game day? Looks like we need a new sandwich coordinator, cause someone obviously did not game plan very well. Lol-

It was nice and quick. But when I unwrapped my sandwich, I had noticed they didn't put any of my add-on vegetables in my sub. She did give me a free side of ranch, but the lack of tomato and cucumber on my sub was too much to look past. Probably won't be coming back. This honestly ruined my dayEDIT: that's my bad. The cucumbers were on there under the meat.

I was insulated by a manager at this so call respectable establishment I have never been so insulated like this in my 51 year's of living in morgantown. There was other costumes in the building and I had a find also with me. She cursed ? me several times I will call corporate and I hope there was cameras cause I will not stop till I get sat faction. If I was everyone reading this I would not take my kids or anyone there at all Singed VERY UNSATISFIED COSTUMER. some people are getting away with way to much now day's concerned citizen
