Please stop letting briefcase guy make sandwiches. He consistently skimps on toppings. The sandwiches end up made-in-your-kitchen quality and not like something that came out of a restaurant. I’m sure he’s a nice guy but maybe he could stick to the briefcase stuff?
I ordered my food for delivery around dinner and I never got my food. I tried to call them to see what was happening but they didn’t pick up the phone. This is the second time something like this has happened. The last time we had to actually drive to the store and pick up our food that we ordered for delivery. I even have a picture of the tracking and it says that it didn’t even go out for delivery. I am very upset because I actually like JJ’s food but now I probably won’t...read full review

Slowest jimmy johns I've ever experienced, take out or delivery. I've ordered for pick up twice, walked in and they're just standing there not doing anything and then proceed to make my sandwich once I am there. Don't order delivery unless you want to get your sandwich in 3-5 business days.
