Noticed the store was closed. Found out this store been closed for a month or longer and the store owner locked up shop. This should be investigated and fixed. Terrible

Place still closed zero workers it honestly just needs removed from high street at this point you look at these reviews absolutely disgusting man dating back over a year of just horrible customer service and poor work ethic , hygiene , always had people sit around for over an hour even inside to make 2 sandwiches. The list goes on NEVER goto this Jimmy Johns they would have to completely restore the inside and get a whole new staff before anyone that knows about the place would ever step anywhere near it again. Very very bad resturant needs a serious revamp that's forsure though because when they had it together man they had it together everything was great! Until it wasn't. So honest review 0/10 never had a good experience from here besides like around when they first opened really.

I understand being short staffed and the toll it creates on an individual, so no disrespect towards the man who had been working alone for 11 hours. Jimmy Johns as a whole needs to do better by that hard working man. For real.

NOT the place to order if you are in a hurry at all. Delivery drivers have taken over 2 hours to deliver 2 subs.
Even the bread is bad now. I got a sandwich two days ago and the bread was undercooked and soft - no texture whatsoever. Not the "French" bread that they are supposed to be known for.

I would like to give less than 1 star because not only was my order horribly wrong.. but it took over 3 hours to be delivered. Sub was not edible - was sooo soggy I almost threw up. Delivered the wrong drink, and wrong chips.. everything was a horrid mess. The most unfreaky fast food I have ever experienced..For the record: I did use the Jimmy Johns feedback page BEFORE sending this review. (You may note the response from owner). I will update this if there is any contact but that has been over a week.

I ordered on the app at around 9:59 and was getting it for pick up, after not getting an update on my app, I called and they said they “just saw it” at 10:59. Then I go to pick it up at sround 11:35ish and it was not ready. Had to wait an extra ten minutes just to get it. Two hours for two sandwiches

Always late for delivery, sometimes well over an hour. Right now my husband is waiting for an order I placed in the app (as always) two hours ago, to be delivered one hour ago. No sign of it. I’ve called six times - no answer. Went in one day to pick up an order because I don’t trust delivery much anymore, and the kids were chitchatting sitting on the counters, and not one had bothered to check the orders that came through. So I had to wait while they made it when it should’ve been made already. This store gives the Jimmy John’s chain a HORRIBLE name.

I order from this place all the time I can't believe bc I can't walk out to there car bc of health reason it was lighting out side I'm epileptic that he wouldn't walk my food up to me on the porch I called the let them know and they said that they can't make him come up to my door if it's raining out bad I had an umbrella for him to use I had to wait an hour and half for u to just drive off with my food
