Oliverio's Ristorante On The Wharf

Our waiter took time to answer our questions about certain meals. Was very knowledgeable and offered opinions and suggestions.

I swear this is the best taste in West Virginia. The steak is so tender and succulent it is a delight everytime.

First time at Oliverio's, but it won't be our last. Great service, great atmosphere and AMAZING food. On the advice of our wonderful server, I tried the mushroom sacchetti with salmon. Truly delicious, the salmon was cooked to perfection, the porcini & portobello filled pasta in vodka sauce was awesome.

Had a reservation for indoor dining. Restaurant claims they had no record of that. Had to sit outside. Very warm and noisy. The service was superb. Our server was very personable and attentive

This is our second time eating at this wonderful restaurant. It did not disappoint - this is a fantastic place to eat. The food is outstanding, the service is equally as good. We love eating here and will be back.

The restaurant ran out of ribeye before they opened on college move-in weekend, but did not notify us when we made reservations an hour before arriving. Ordered crab dip and cocktails. Crab dip had zero crab. 99.5% cream cheese - no crab. Almost empty restaurant, seated in front of kitchen and restrooms. The staff graciously moved us, but why did we have to ask? Have been here before; loved the experience. Very disappointed; may not return. LATE ADD: Manager attempted to let us out without paying, which I think was reasonable. We had drinks and the crab dip. We insisted on paying for the drinks.

Food is the highlight. Service was attentive and timely. Always a great experience and never a disappointment. Convenient location in the Wharf District. Highly recommended.

All 5 of our meals and appetizer were delicious. Pasta portions were more than enough. If my teenage son can't finish a meal, you know it's a hearty serving. Service was a little slow but we didn't mind, since we were there to celebrate a b day. My husband and I have been celebrating special occasions at Oliverios for 20 years. Ps: bottle and sell your creamy balsamic PLEASE!

Once again Oliverios of Morgantown not only hit it out of the park, it was a Grand Slam!! My wife & I were celebrating her 30 plus years working @ WVUH RUBY-IT!!👍🥰 Our server Kendrick was fantastic-Very personable & did an excellent job!!👍 Started out with Limoncello Martinis-of course -our favorites!! Had the Shrimp cocktail & Hot Crab dip as appetizers -always great!! Followed by Caprese SaladSalads-Yum!! Main course I had the Roman-Excellent sausage, peppers, onions, sauce & pasta. My wife had the Steak Special-Scrumptuous topped with a special sauce, crabmeat & shrimp! My wife had an espresso martini with her carrot cake for dessert, while I had the chocolate decadence!! Thank you to all the Oliverio’s staff & help for always making all of our special occasions so meaningful. Twenty stars to all you guys-You Are All Just Awesome!!👍👍🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰!!!!!

Food and service was phenomenal. The ambience is superb. The manager came out after we finished eating just to thank us for coming in and asked us if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this place.

Another great experience at Oliverios. We were seated on time for our reservations. They accommodated our request for a table rather than a booth without issue. Our server James was friendly and professional. We emphasized we appreciate the timing of the food and we were not rushed at all. The cocktails and wines were great. The risotto balls appetizer was really good. As for entrees, both steaks were cooked perfectly (rare & medium rare) and the mushroom souchette with grilled shimp was fantastic. For dessert, the cannoli was fresh and tiramisu was just as delicious.

Eliza was a wonderful server! Very attentive and observant of our needs! Restaurant was a bit warm which is the only reason I rated ambiance lower. It was a hot day outside and would have enjoyed a cooler environment.

The food was really good! Dessert was very good! Our waiter was extremely nice and the atmosphere was great.
